Incoterms Grafik tfm

The Incoterms rules or International Commercial Terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) relating to international commercial law. They are widely used in international commercial transactions or procurement processes.

The Incoterms define the obligations, costs, and risks involved in the transportation and delivery of goods from the seller to the buyer. They also communicate when transport insurance must be contracted. The Incoterms 2010 have been valid since 1.01.2011.

If you have any questions relating to Incoterms, please contact the TFM Service Centre.
